    Our approach

    See it working.

The service does the work. The demonstration is intentionally restrained, because the capability behind it is built to be quiet, repeatable and accountable across an entire estate. What follows is a short walkthrough of the engine in motion, and the flow that sits behind every page a visitor reaches.

    The demonstration

    The engine, in motion.

A real PDF, converted into an inclusive HTML view in front of you. Reading order, headings, alt text, table structure and form labels are placed automatically. The source document is preserved. The HTML is what reaches the human visitor and the AI retrieval system that arrives next.

    aicm engine / live demonstration

Recorded from the production engine. The same pipeline runs continuously across every site under cover.

    The flow

One tag. Every PDF. Every visitor.

You add a secure tag to your site. From that point on, aicm maps the documents in the background, supports visitors using assistive technology automatically, and gives every other visitor a single, considered choice between the original PDF and the inclusive web page version.

Flowchart of the aicm service. Step 1: add the secure tag to the pages of your websites. Step 2: PDFs on the website are mapped on an ongoing basis. Step 3a: visitors using assistive technology are automatically supported with the inclusive page version. Step 3b: visitors without assistive technology are asked once to choose the original PDF or the converted web page.
The end-to-end flow, from secure tag to visitor outcome.
