Three questions to ask every provider
These three questions tell you most of what you need to know about a vendor before anything is signed.
Security policy
A current security policy covers how data is stored, who can reach it, how access is granted and removed, and how incidents are handled. Ours is documented, reviewed regularly, and applied across the team and the platform.
Backups
The system runs on managed cloud infrastructure with automated, encrypted backups and point-in-time recovery. If anything goes wrong, the platform can be restored without losing your work.
Anti-hijacking
The secure tag is signed, served from hardened infrastructure, and protected against substitution. Nothing it loads on your site can be replaced or rewritten by a third party between us and your visitor.
The platform
We were looking at parallel AI back in 2023, which already feels like a lifetime ago. Our first ARTYMUS launch landed at the end of 2023, which is, in essence, when ARTY was born. Yippee.
Since then we have kept refining how the platform processes content at scale, how it audits itself, and how it stays under tight control. The schematic below is the picture we work from internally. You do not need to read every box to take the point. Several engines, doing different jobs, checking each other.
What this means in practice
You should not need a technical background to feel comfortable with this. The points below are the ones that matter day to day.
The platform runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, isolated environments, and access governed by role rather than by person.
Multiple AI engines work in parallel and cross-check each other on text recognition, image understanding and structure, so a single weak read does not become the answer.
Documents are profiled and re-profiled over time. If a PDF changes, or a new one appears, the platform notices and acts without waiting to be asked.
Every conversion, every change and every access event is logged. If a question is ever asked about a document, the answer can be retrieved.
The tag installed on your site is signed, served from controlled origins, and protected against tampering. It does only what it is meant to do, and nothing else.
Platform health is published openly. You can see at a glance whether the service is operating normally rather than having to ask.
